The "I Have Promise! Project" connects high school sophomore and junior students to career exploration experiences, mentoring, and career/college preparation coaching and support services.  Spark Consulting Group designed the program, created an evaluation framework, provided branding and marketing support, and provides ongoing program management.

Ivy Tech Community College - Lake County Campus formed a partnership with the Gary Area Career Center.  Ivy Tech committed to transferring its' Construction educational program to the Career Center by the Spring, 2019 semester.  Spark Consulting  Group serves as lead project manager to ensure the move is successful.  Spark also provided branding and interior design consulting support bringing the Ivy Tech brand to life within the new program space.
